Pet Food Bank

In the current cost of living crisis, we’ve seen an uptick in the number of people who’ve been surrendering their animals to places like the RSPCA because they simply can’t afford to feed them.

My office has been working closely with the RSPCA over the last few weeks to become a pet food bank, to offer free pet food to people in my electorate who are struggling to keep their furry friends fed.

If you’re struggling to feed your pet, or know someone who is, you can drop in to my office and pick up some pet food at no cost.

We’ll have a small supply of dog and cat foods available (and occasionally rabbit and guinea pig food as well) but supplies are limited. Please call ahead to check what we have at the office if you need something specific for your pet.

To find out what food is available, send me a message on social media, fill out my contact form or call my office on (03) 9937 2566
