I am pleased to announce the opening of a newly upgraded toilet block at Andersons Creek Primary School.

These upgrades were made possible by a $498,793 from the Allan Labor Government’s Minor Capital Works Fund, which provides grants for small building projects at Government schools.

Originally projected to be completed by the end of 2025, the upgraded toilet facilities were completed a year ahead of schedule in December 2024.

The Allan Labor Government has been able to secure an estimated $2.5 Billion in commonwealth funding for public schools over the next 10 years, the largest amount ever secured in Victorian history.

This funding will help to improve individualised support for students, mandating evidence-based teaching practices and more mental health support in schools.
